About Me
Hi, I'm Robert.
At Enjoy Technology, I built the global Recruiting Operations function from the ground up, helping scale from 300 to over 3,000 people through IPO. That experience taught me what it means to build under pressure, across functions, with real stakes.
Since then I've consulted for mid-market and enterprise clients across industries including gaming, social media, communications, alternative energy, and more, leading end-to-end Greenhouse implementations that span multiple regions, complex stakeholder environments, and go-live timelines that leave no room for error.
My approach is straightforward. I start by deeply understanding your goals, your pain points, and the people who will use the system every day. From there, I build solutions that your team will actually adopt, your candidates will appreciate, and your leaders will rely on.
